Big fan of Ghibli, like everyone I guess. So here’s a fanart/ tribute to the studio and its history!

About Studio Ghibli

Truth be told, I’ve never watched a Ghibli movie when I was a kid. In fact, I’ve seen my first Ghibli movie when I was 18 and had to watch it as part of homework for one of my class. It was Kiki’s Delivery Service.

I really liked that movie, it felt strangely much more mature than I thought it would; they were layers that you would only understand if you saw it as an adult. Either way, after that movie I saw other movies by the studio, all really good.

They know how to animate and tell a story. There’s an entire generation of artists inspired by the great Miyazaki. So here’s a tribute for him and his legacy.
